Hi, The easiest way I have found is to use the title or middle name field and put the same word in there for each person you want in a given list. Then, when you are in the to field in your new e-mail message, hit backspace plus l on a BT or control+l on a qt to get into the selection list. Then, space bar down to the field you used and type in the word and hit enter. You will hear X number of addresses selected, send to all selected addresses? Hit y and you are good to go.
