This happens when a file contains things that are not supported by the BN.
I had this with a file that I had indexed and set up a table of contents
field. It would stop at one point and go no further. However, the file was
still all there when I opened it on the computer. I did not track down the
exact corresponding point but I believe it was when it first encountered a
field leading to the index.

Try saving as an RTF or TXT and word will tell you that you will lose some
formatting not supported and that should leave you with all the actual text.
I did this and lost my table of contents and index but it did at least
preserve all of the actual text.

Good luck,
Cindy S.

Subject: [Braillenote] Files

Write me off as a flake if this question has been answered for me before. I
am copying files to my MPower, but the full file doesn't seem to be there.
They are in MS Word 2003. I think these files are usually in two columns.
Does that make a difference? They are files I have received from someone but
opened in my Word file. Would changing them to one column work, or to a text
file. (I'm thinking changing them to a text file would not help. Anyway,
y'all are such experts, I know you can help me.

Thanks.

Cindy Lou Ray
