Hi Sharon:
There are fields that you probably don't use in your address
list. It's a little painful in the beginning, especially if you
have created your address list. For instance, if you don't fill
in the title field, you could enter something like list, jokes,
sermons, or whatever you wanted. You would have to put that name
in the title field name. When you are ready to write your email
to someone, and are at the "send to" field, you would press
Backspace L, (Ctrl L. You will see "selection list for address
list." Press Enter. Space down to the title field, and do not
press Enter. Write in whatever group name you listed, then press
Enter. You will be asked if you want to send to all selected
records? Press Y. You will probably have to press E-chord,
(escape) a couple of times. You may get the "ready to send this
email?" If you do, just press N, and go back to it, and write
your message. Hope this makes sense.

message happened. Other than putting in names separately, say
for sending one message to several people, I didn't know you
could send group messages. Could you explain how to do this?
