Some of this information really is not for the list to know. I'm
not a moderator, but some of this would be well if it were
written off-list.

Cindy and Brandon;
I think both of you are taking my message the wrong way. The
first
thing I was trying to explain is just because an agency bought
your
machine, does not prevent you from upgrading to a higher level.
Cindy,
I have gone through over 20 years of hardships, just like you are
talking about. I started out working for the summer and
volunteering
during the winter, for 2 years to prove to the Federal Government
that I
wanted to work. After 2 years, a position was created for me and
I have
held it for 20 years. Cindy, I have been in your shoes and it
sure is
not easy. I have supported a sick husband for 16 years. I even
started
out on SSI and lived in a building for handicapped and the
elderly.
Cindy, please stay with us. I was not trying to stir up trouble,
just
trying to give people some ideas of how to get something if they
really
want it.
Sorry for the stir up.
Terry Powers
