Have you done a regular ol reset? I have this a lot and that is usually what
clears it up.

I have some MSWord files that are recognized as such on my PC, but not on
my MPower BNQT. I upgraded to build 47, and still no luck. I saved the
file in to an RTF format on the PC, still no luck. As an RTF file, the
message says:
exception: command: 398 at 2. data misalignment
I have not yet tried just changing this file to a plain text file. I will
do that now.
