Alex, When that prompt appears, press A for All files. Keysoft will not prompt the same dialog again and all files will be replaced.

I selected all folders on the Flash disk, then selected the same folder as my older backup as my destination. The first thing I see? "/directory/file.ext already exists. Replace?" Is that not the point--to skip anything not changed and replace all files that have been modified? Did I do something wrong?
