Hi Joleen,
I wished I had better news for you but for over 2 years, I've gone through
the bouts of keymail swallowing all my mail after getting hung up, wrote
about it several times, and no one ever responded.
I always said if I had to depend on a device for a job where I had to keep
the email, I'd best stick with a computer or something else.
My suggestion is that you save your email on a storage card regularly.

Hi All,
I decided to check my e-mail messages just now. It got hung up on
receiving the first message. I hit escape and then I to abandon the
process. I tried again and this time it got hung up on the 4th message.
I got out again and it kept beeping. I could go to Main Menu, and the
beeping would stop. k When I went back into the e-mail program it started
again. k Well, I pressed the reset button from the main menu. I then
tried again to receive the messages. I was successful at this try. To my
great surprise, though, all my messages are gone from all folders.k If
there is any solution to this one short of going to my most recent backup,
let me know ASAP.
