To update the KeySoft on my Mpower 32 Qt I did the following: 1. Re-read the update instructions on the Humanware web page! Then: Took a 512 MB SD card, put it into the SD slot on the Mpower, And from the main menu: Selected u for utilities menu then a for application program, then k for the KeySoft disk, then the windows directory then typed p until I got to prepare card for upgrade. Then I selected that program and followed the prompts until it said the card had been prepared. Took the SD card out of my Mpower and put it in the card reader for my laptop. Copied the product key and nk.bin files to the card; Put the card back into the Mpower. Went to the run application program prompt, selected s for the SD card and ran the product key by pressing enter on it. When the Mpower said it was ready for the upgrade, pressed: Reset and the j and k keys simultaneously. Had to do this a couple of times as the first time I didn't press the keys together; After a few seconds the Mpower gave its upgrade chime (two notes) and the Braille display said loading with a percentage, then went to erasing and then writing with a percentage indicator. Oh be certain you have the unit plugged into the ac adapter and that the power is on before you start upgrading!! When it was finished, it started KeySoft 7.2 and I verified it was 7.2 by reading the copyright information on the main menu. Neat eh? Sorry, I don't follow the band you asked about. If they have a web site you could try looking at it or maybe the web site of their record company. Happy upgrading.
