That same thing happened to me as well.  I am still using 7.1 so 
it is not a 7.2 problem.  Which makes me wonder, is there an 
option to have keynote or elloquence speak with a british voice 
for certain books? When I read the trekker manual with JAWS it 
occasionally goes into French.  child
