Perhaps I did not make my question clear enough concerning graphical verification. Graphical verification refers to a box that pops up on web pages asking the user to type in the series of random letters and/or numbers that are shown in the box. Unfortunately, these letters and numbers are in fact images of letters and numbers, not actual text. What you have to do to get around it on a PC is to click a link that says something like "can't see this?" Then, you will be taken to a page where you can click a link that will allow you to listen to a rather distorted voice reading you the set of random letters and/or numbers that you will have to type in. I'm not saying that this is your problem, but it could be.

Are you sure you aren't running into the graphical verification issue? It seems to me that Hotmail is now requiring this each time you sign in. I hope that I am incorrect, but this is the information I have received from others who use Hotmail. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Brandon armstrong Sent: Wednesday, November 15, 2006 7:53 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: [Braillenote] hotmail account I'm stuck and need help. Hi list like i stated in my previous post, I am trying to log on to hotmail through keyweb to check email, and I can get to the sign in prompt ok, but after I enter my user name and pasword and hit enter on the log in button, it takes me right back to sign in. What should I do to correct this problem?
