[Braillenote] what ports or addresses do i need to unblock in my filewall?

hello list
i am using zone alarm firewall and it is not allowing me to 
access my files on my pc.
Can someone tell me how to unblock the ip address of the 
braillenote?
i am using jaws so please try and give me clear instructions
