You would use the block commands menu to insert a file into your Email.
There is an insert file option in the block commands menu.

In the user guide, in the general functions chapter 5, when you go to the
insertion section, it says that you can insert a file when you are in
Keymail. However, in Keymail or any of the applications, there is no
"file" option in the insertion menu. What does the user guide mean by
this?
