Hi, you have three choices.
Delete off the server after download
1. Yes
2. No
3. Only if in trash
I have it set to the last option so when I'm away from home I can check my
email and trash the ones I don't want to keep but leave the ones I want to
keep in my inbox or some other folder and then when I get home I'm able to
download the emails I wanted to keep onto my computer.
Hope this helps,
From Shaz.

Juan,
It depends. If you set the prompt (delete email form server) to no, then
you'll get an option to download the email to other computers, although
you'll get the same copy of your message. If you set that prompt to yes,
then the email on the server will be gone when you delete it from Trash
folder.
