[Braillenote] Fadle Application Error

Hello; Listers, Something just happend to me.  I was on the web 
with my BrailleNote MPower and all of the sudden it said fadle 
application error.  This version of Keysoft has perform an 
illegal operation and will be shut down.  What is going on with 
the MPowers? For crying out loud! Please write back A.S.A.P.
