Hello:

I'm working with a BrailleNOte PK that has had a severe crash after downloading some email. In the past, I have attached it serially to a PC and issued a set of commands that wipes clean the flash disk and allows the PK to start over again as a clean machine. I also have witnessed Humanware support personnel from New Zealand examine the flash disk in a similar manner.

Who can I talk with to learn the commands that might allow some restoration of data from the flash disk onto a PC? I don't care if it's a person from California or New Zealand.

I have the identical question about data from a modem card/disk drive. I backed up data on this disk just a few days ago, and now get the message from an alternate PK that the disk is unreadable.

Thanks.

Chris
