Hi Malaina, I had replied to your first email concerning the error message when going into the Book Reader but it came back because, from what I can see, somehow there were two m in com. As I previously stated, I have received the same message severl times and I did the same thing that you did: I first turned the BrailleNote off then back on and did a regular reset without holding down keys. Before I turn the BrailleNote off at any time I make sure that it is at the "main menu", I remove any cards and make sure I hear the prompt "card removed" then turn it off. Since I've been doing that I haven't heard the error message and it has worked fine. My BrailleNote is a recent uvdate 6.11 if that makes a difference. I read a lot too. Eugenio
