i love my gps and wouldn't be without it.
my only gripe is that sighted friends who have, for example, the tomtom gps, can put in the full postcode as a destination and create a route to that destination. you can't currently put in the full postcode with the sendero gps. i've been told by sendero that it's to do with, and because, of the maps from whoever supplies them these maps with full postcodes are obviously now widely available and i wish there was a way of importing these maps in to the gps system, or, alternativly, that sendero would supply these superior maps with the gps. think what a difference it would make. to me, this is a far more important matter than worrying about what word to use instead of waas in the uk. nevertheless, when i go somewhere i think i may want to revisit, i put it in as a poi and hey presto, i can create a route from anywhere and make my own way there again. fantastic. but it would be even better if you could put in the full postcode as a destination and create a route to the location. can i ask you again, sendero, is it on your agenda to tackle this important issue.
regards, rs.

I have the GPS with an mPower. I love it, though sometimes it
has
trouble with routes in my area. I was in the southern part of my
state a few days ago, though, and it performed flawlessly all
weekend. Having the mPower and a bluetooth receiver is nice
too--no matter where you put the receiver in a car (on the
dashboard for maximum satellites, for example) the mPower will
have a fine connection. No cables to worry about, and the
battery
is great. I really have no complaints about the BN GPS that I
would not have about GPS in general--unsolvable things like loss
of signal around very tall buildings or other sky-blocking
structures and so on. If you want more detailed information, let
me know at [EMAIL PROTECTED] I can send you a copy of the GPS
manual for a BNBT if you want.

Have a great day,
Alex
P.S. This is not off topic--others can benefit from any
information shared.

Hi list,
I was wondering if anyone has brailleNote GPS. If so, how does

work and what's your opinion of it?
If this is too off-topic, please contact me off-list. My email
