This error means that the file is not compatible with your BrailleNote. To re-itterate what others have said: I would suggest you redownload your product key file and see if that helps. If this fails, check that the product key filename has the word "MPower" in it - if it does not, your serial number is probably not registered as an MPower - E-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] and they will fix it for you. Finally, you might want to try entering your product key manually. Please E-mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] off-list with your serial number and I can provide more detailed steps on how to do this.
