Hello Andrew I think I have to go back to the drawing board. I was not able to get into the internet. It was a new account but I did not start using it till now. The account was activated 3 months ago. My service provider said it was still active.

You can also type the number into Google as 10051 and find lots of information about the error. The next question is exactly what the error means and what you do next.
