Hello, Stefan:
I know in looking at your comment that we'll be saying things a little differently. Your statement says: "What I find to be a really irritating feature of Braillenote's keymail programme, is that there's no automatic setting option to save a copy of each email you send." You are always given the option to save a copy. I know that it's not exactly automatic, but it just requires a Y or an N.

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] unprotect email

Hi there list members and Eugene,

It is true that pc-users don't get the "this email is protected"
message when we read them in the in-box; however, you can't edit
an
email in Outlook Express unless you first hit "reply" or
"forward" (it's
protected). You can't even edit your copy of the email you send,
stored
in the sent items folder.

What I find to be a really irritating feature of Braillenote's
keymail
programme, is that there's no automatic setting option to save a
copy of
each email you send. It seems logically odd given that the
default
folders not only include the usual "in" "out" "sent"
"delete/trash" but
the "ALL" folder.

So a setting option to both save each email automatically and
another
to automatically "empty the trash folder" mirroring Outlook
Express
would make sense, to me, anyhow.

Hi out there,
I'm still on this "protect and unprotect" subject. I have a
lot of
friends who own PC's and they tell me that they don't know what
I'm
talking about with "protect and unprotect". They tell me that
they can
write in other people's email. I seem to get all protected email
and my
question is: how can I "unprotect" my email when needed?
Also, while I'm at it: when I'm asked by a prompt when I enter
or
exit a document, do you want keyword. (that's not the exact
query but
close). Is there a best type of translation to send a document
so that
others can read it more easily?
One more question: why, when I enter some documents I get the
prompt
"review previous options" and not with others?
 That's it! Thank you.
 Eugenio
