I'm not Joseph but the quickest way to check if the drives will work on an Mpower is to try them. If they don't work you could get a $20 card reader and plug it into one of the USB ports on the Mpower. To check what voltage the cards are, you would need the Toshiba part or catalogue number for your particular cards and to check the specification sheet for that card on Toshiba's web site, or telephone their customer service people with the exact catalogue number.
