Rich, You too were once an average user. If the process really is as easy as going to install programs in the pc sync program, then a motivated person with little experience, but with sufficient instruction should be able to do it. Humanware should support more than one or two wireless cards! But if it won't, then a reasonibly intelligent user with the right tools and instruction should be just fine. If humanware isn't going to keep up, then users will need to learn to be proactive.
