Yes, if you have a PC running the Open Book program with your new shiny HP scanner connected to it, you can tell Open Book to save the scanned files in RTF or plain text format and read the scanned material on your Mpower. No, you cannot connect the HP Scanner to your Mpower and read the output of the scanner on the Mpower.
