[Braillenote] KeyPlan error

Hi, I am using a Bn classic with Keysoft 7 installed. Recently, I began having 
problems with the planner. When I atempt to skedule an appoinment, the bn says 
"Exception: edit command: 158. access violation writing 8." Any help is
