Since I will be getting a BN Empower QT32 tomorrow, this is information
I should have. What is Keysync? Will it be on the installation CD? If
not, what is the URL for obtaining it?

Hi everyone,
I am trying to run Active Sync for the first time. I am not
pulling my hair out yet but am close to that. (grin) I have
tried several times and keep getting to different points where it
errors out. The pint where I am stuck now is when it is syncing
the planner. It gets to around 50% done and gives the message
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object) (or
something like that). Any help with this would be very much
