Eugene, about the acronyms first: The PK is the smaller of the
BrailleNote products, and is "pocket." The COULDB you mentioned
is one of those ttranslation problems. If it had a letter sign
on it, it would have been c. d. b. (without the periods and
spaces), <smile). Since could is cd in braille, it's not
translating the way you would want it to.
Your files may not be in Keylist. Just make sure you are looking
in a file that does not have the dot CDB extention. If your
information is not in KeyList, you won't be able to find it. If
you are in the compact flash drive, it won't show you. It just
tells you the size of your card, how much is used, and how much
is free. Sorry that's not too helpful. Good luck in what you
are doing.

Hi ronda,
I tried your suggestion (go to "send to, etc") and was able to
find the number of records in my address list. However, I have
another database called, "books" and couldn't find how many
records were in there. Then, I tried your next suggestion by
going to keylist through keyword and flashouldisk and after
pressing space-x for "all files" I was informed that I had at
least two files that I never knew about. I found "address
listcdb, address list, bookscdb and, books". I couldn't find the
amount of records but was given the size. Any other suggestions
from your vast experience?
Two more acronyms: PK and COULDB.
eugenio However, how can I find out how many records are in
my other datases. I followed your next suggestion
