[Braillenote] Making the mPower obtain a new IP address

Hi, all.  A friend of mine asked me a question that I don't know the answer 
to.  She's wondering if there's a way to make the mPower obtain a new IP 
address.  She has a 169 address, which she doesn't want, but she can't find 
any way to change it.  I don't know anything about IP addresses, either on 
'puters or on anything else, so this is a mystery to me.  Can anyone answer 
this one?  <grin>
