Hello Diane,
When you get to the "Notes" section, are you pressing Enter first
before you try to type your notes? You have to press Enter to
get into the notes field. You probably already knew this but
just thought I'd mention it just in case. I don't have any
problems so you might try calling Humanware if this doesn't work
for you.
