Hi Diane, I use the address list a lot and often write notes in the notes field. I've not experienced the problem you're speaking of at all. I'm using keysoft v7.2 build 47 on the MPower qt.
I suppose it's possible that your database has somehow become corrupted or maybe you just need to do a reset. I'd try the reset if you haven't already. Of course, the problem with a corrupted database is that you'd likely have to delete it and start all over, so that's really a last resort. Before doing that, I'd call Humanware Tech support to see if there isn't some way you could get around the problem.
