The second is yes you can press a and that will make it replace
all files unless they are hidden.

Hello Nikki,
This is Kristen.
As far as I know because Keysoft is used by such a small
population and most people who create those virus's for computers
don't know about it.
There is very very very little if any risk of your Bn getting a
virus and even if it did it probably wouldn't hurt it because the
BN doesn't even know what to do with them!
As to your second question I have this problem myself and I still
do not have the answer!
Well, I hope that this helped some anyway!
I hope to hear from you again very soon!
May GOD BLESS You And Give You HIS PEACE!
MERRY CHRISTMAS, In OUR SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, Kristen

Subject: [Braillenote] Misc questions
Hi all,
I have a couple of questions. First, how susceptible is the
Braille Note to any viruses or other nasty programs out there. I
know I wouldn't be caught without a virus protection program on
my desktop and it worries me some that the BN has no protection
like that. Any info on this would be appreciated.
Also when doing an intermittant backup, is it normal for the BN
to ask if it is OK to replace each and every file that has
changed I go through the steps and it does the intermittant
backup just fine but I have to keep answering "yes" to all the
prompts. Is there a way around this It seems a lot less trouble
just to do a full backup each time. Any thoughts
Have a great day!
Nikki Brown
