At this point I would strongly recommend you contact Humanware Tech Support and see if they can walk you through locating your German language pack. They may recommend you re-install the language pack so I hope you have your original distribution card handy. I'm still waiting on the arrival of my Concise Oxford Dictionary I ordered on November 24. It was due to leave Christchurch on December 8 but I haven't heard anything further. Merry Christmas.
