Have you entered the following?
POP server: pop.hotpop.com
SMTP server: smtp.hotpop.com
If so, then it could be the fact that Hotpop is once again down, smirk,
because Hotpop doesn't require SSL authentication or anything, just uses
standard POP3/SMTP ports. Hope that helps.
