Dear Joseph. I have created a similar kind of database for gigs, but
think it would take too long when on the phone to clients to first check
if an appointment time is already taken, and then return to the add
record function. KeyPlan is quicker to you and on each page it is easy
to quickly scan all the appointments listed.

Alternatively, it would be really good if an appointment book-type
program was created, set out with actual times which need to be filled
in, like a normal appointment books which
receptions use. However, Joseph, I'll certainly keep the database idea
in mind.

Cheers!

Michele

Dear list,
For those who ask for another KeyPlan folder:
if you have KeySoft 7.0 or higher, why don't
you create a database gedicated to your
needs?
