Hi everyone,
I was wondering how many of you purchase the hardware maintenance
agreement each year from Humanware? It seems pretty pricy to me
but I have no idea how much it costs to get a unit repaired if
something happens. I know the braille cells are very expensive
to replace. What do you all recommend about this hardware
maintenance? They told me that it includes 2 cleanings a year I
believe. How much is a cleaning and how often do the machines
really need to go in for cleaning and or service anyway? Any
advice or information about this will be very helpful.
