What I think should be included, then, is an option to display all appointments, private only or the ones which are not private only. However, I still think a separate appointment book should be an option for when a BN user is required, as part of their job, to schedule appointments for others and finds the BN platform easier to negotiate. It can still be synchronized to Outlook for other workers to access. Cheers!
