the difference between those cards is that the sandisk card is a
2 in one card so it is a wireless card and also a 128 mb storage.
But the ambicom is only a wireless card.

you won't find them anywhere besides humanware and the sandisk

Only 2 Wifi CF cards work well with the mpower. They fit into
the CF
card slot in the back of the unit or in the PC slot using an
adapter.
Check out the Humanware website for the names of the 2 supported
Wibbfi
cards.
