Ottawa Canada Dear Peter:
When buying SD or CF cards for use with your BrailleNote, ask for 3.3 volt cards. Most cards on the market now are 3.3 volt but you may find some stores trying to unload the older 5 volt cards because they have been hanging around a while or the store got them on a real good deal from someone who was tired of looking at them. I suppose PC/MCIA cards should be 3.3 volt too. Hope this helps, my attitude when buying memory cards is to buy big ones and they make SD cards of up to 4 GB capacity now and CF cards of 8 GB. Just remember that using an SD card keeps your CF slot clear say for a WIFI card or the Concise Oxford Dictionary. Brian -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
