That explains it. Thank you! Nikki B.

It seems as though any application that uses a database (keybase, keylist, and keymail) will be reentered when you close any other application, but any other app will put you back at the main menu.
As for "multi-tasking", the BN cannot do that exactly. When you move from KeyWeb to KeyBook, say, your book must be opened anew each time. KeyWord saves and reopens files when you move away from them, which is why it takes a while to switch from a large file to another task and back. I wish KeySoft could multi-task, mainly so I could open multiple web pages, files, and databases together.
Have a great day, Alex

Good day everyone,
When switching from one application in Keysoft to another, I have noticed that sometimes when I completely exit out of one application I wind back up at the main menu and my first application has also closed. This doesn't always happen. For instance, if I am writing an e-mail and switch to the book reader, I can close down the book reader and I will land back in the e-mail program. However, if I exit out of the e-mail application, I find myself at the main menu and my book is no longer open. I realize this is not anything all that important but was wondering if someone out there might be able to explain the logic of how the multitasking works in Keysoft. Thanks!
Nikki B.
