BrailleNote to hang

Dear List

A BrailleNote user is experiencing the
following problem with his mPower
BT32 running KeySoft 7.0:

* He received an E-mail which has "jammed"
the unit.

* He cannot close the E-mail application or
return to the main menu.

* Whenever he switches on the unit, he lands
on the suspect E-mail message
and can do nothing further.

We have tried all resets but to no avail.

Is there anything that the list can recommend
that we try?
