Joseph has told me I should replace the battery because of those
values, but my mPower is only about 5 months old. How strange!

How old is the battery in your Mpower? If more than a couple of
years it is a good time to check your c and d values in support
information mode and if the C isn't close to D, phone tech
support for an RMA to ship your unit in for a battery transplant.
