Dear Nikki:
Insert the SD card into the Mpower and from the main menu press u
for utility menu then a for run application program.
Select the Windows directory and cursor down until you find
prepare card for upgrade.
When prompted for a command line, just press enter. The card is
prepared virtually instantaneously.
