What type of high speed internet service do you have? Is this a wireless router that you're having problems with? Or, is it a DSL situation. Can you get into the modem's settings? When I had to replace my wireless router last summer, I had to make sure that the settings were compatible with the Braillenote. Some wireless devices have more than one mode of operation. You might need to configure your wireless device in order to insure, for example, that it is in fact using the same WEP key as the Braillenot.
