What type of high speed internet service do you have?
Is this a wireless router that you're having problems with?
Or, is it a DSL situation.
Can you get into the modem's settings?
When I had to replace my wireless router last summer, I had to make sure
that the settings were compatible with the Braillenote.
Some wireless devices have more than one mode of operation. You might
need to configure your wireless device in order to insure, for example,
that it is in fact using the same WEP key as the Braillenot.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problem Connecting to Wireless Network

Hi folks,

Okay, I am using BN Classic with KS 7.0.

Recently, I had to buy a new 2 wire modem and cannot get connected. I
had
no problem in the past with the old wireless modem.

The modem is an SSID 2wire 315.

When I connected using my computer, all I needed was the ten digit
incription key. This doesn't seem to work for the BrailleNote.

Any suggestions?
