Jane, Follow this instructions: 1. Press Reset with dots 1-2-3 to Reboot your BN to ROM image. 2. Go to File Manager/Directory. Navigate to Flash Disk\My Games. At My Games, press backspace with dots 2-3-5-6 to delete My Games folder. 3. Press Reset to restart your Braillenote. All your missing games should be there.
