Greetings,
I always start from the main menu. But I have noticed that a lot of
documents that I've saved are keyword documents. I haven't used the switch
documents much. Is there anything in the manual about this?
Thanks.
Candace

Candace,
I have notice this as well when either reading emails or when I am
browsing the internet. What is actually being shown is computer braille. I
have found this to mostly happen when I am switching from keyweb directly
to keymail, but if I go to the main menu prior to doing the switch it will
most likely show up in grade 2 or the prefered grade. So, try going to
main menu prior to going to either keymail or keyweb.

Subject: [Braillenote] grade one braille in email & on the internet
Greetings,
I seem to have grade one braille on the internet and in email. However,
when I'm in the folder reading books I've downloaded, I'm reading
grade 2 bbraille . I have it set for grade 2, but only when online and
email, I seem to have no choice but grade one. Is there something I did
wrong to make this happen?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Candace
