[Braillenote] for those of you with multilingual capabilities

I have a question for those of you with multilingual capabilities on the
braille note. Do you have to pay for each language you wish-- I.E.:
German, Spanish, French, and Italian? Or  do all of the languages come
bundled in the  multilingual module?
