I have an account number and a pin number. I could send e-mail
but I can't do the other thing. When I try to download a movie
it says access is denied. Please write back.

Security and access denied are two completely
different messages. Yes, it happens to all
users except those who use Freedombox
software with their user pin and passwords
(including myself).

I am pretty sure you cannot download the
audio. I tried
everything I could think of to circumvent the
security, but
