Ever since I got a computer with no serial ports I have not tried to hook up
the Braille note as a display. I do have the serial cable and had a USB to
serial adapter on it to do active since before the mPower upgrade but at the
moment I don't know where it is and have not figured out what serial port it
would be on if I found it to set this up.

May have to look into it since I have had absolutely no success connecting
anything with bluetooth. It may be great but my husband and I have had no
success with it.

Joseph,
Thanks so much for what you've written. Maybe we can use this in my
suggested tutorial "knowledge-base." I've learned so many things while going
through this. One being that if you can't find your cable that was sent by
Humanware, you can't just go out and buy anything. You must have a
null-modem 9-pin femaile cable on both sides.

One day, I want to find out the right converter to purchase that will allow
my BN to work with my laptop.
Once again, thanks to you and all!!
