I am not sure what you are using, so here is both of them.
1. Go to the "from" field of the email address.
2. Press Backspace K, (Ctrl C.
3. You will see "copied to clipboard."
4. Go to the address book, and write in the last and first name.
5. Go to the email address.
6. Press Backspace V (Ctrl V.
7. You will see "clipboard pasted."
8. Since you need to get rid of the first and last name, press
Space with dots 25, (Ctrl K to eliminate the first and last name.
9. When you see the "less-than" sign, press dot 6 chord, (read
with period)
10. Press the Backspace key to remove the "less-than" sign.
11. Press dots 46 chord, (right arrow) to get to where it says
blank.
12. Press Backspace to remove the "greater-than sign.
