I believe that this just goes to show how badly the KeySoft family needs an
experienced product manager. Probably some one who uses the products on a
daily bases and hopefully some one who is use to the specific issues of
blindness Braille and speech that need daily attention. I don't mean any
disrespect to Andy, but it sounds like he is focused on programming--that's
a critical job, but it's very different then representing KeySoft to the
customers while simultaneously representing customer needs to HW.

with the recommendation of removing the author of the offending message
from the list. This is such a valuable list to so many Humanware
customers, and something should finally be done to preserve the integrity
