Dear Olusegun:

Since you are running 5.1, you can't change your intensity, unfortunately. Also, since you are running 5.1, it would be just about as cost efficient to get a new unit. I say that on the premise you have an 18 cell display.

Hoping this is a
wonderful day for you.
Warmest Regards,

Rhonda Clark

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Braille intensity

What does KGS mean? I have a BrailleNote Classic running 5.1
Build 22
Keysoft still. Have been debating whether to get a brand-new
BrailleNote
MPower or simply upgrade what I have. The upgrade is certainly
more
cost-efficient, but, whilst it is laying on the surgical table, I
don't have
a backup that could sit in for it.

Anyway, assuming I have the Tieman cells on this thingy, how can
I reduce
the intensity to 1 to eliminate the "Click" sound and make it a
bit softer?

Thanks for all help.

Sincerely,
Olusegun
